Comments:“Malvern has been a Cam customer since around 1990 so we have a long standing business relationship. At the beginning we were a three centre operation, but following a period of rapid growth we now run 30 centres covering an area from Plymouth in the south west, into south Wales, the west midlands and Stoke in the Potteries. That expansion placed a lot of responsibility on Cam to make sure the IT systems and integration worked efficiently and they have done a good job in helping to manage our growth during that period. “Cameo has always been our standard point of sale program but we also use MIDaS for the wholesale business and have seen electronic order volumes double in the last two years. We also use the Key Account Management service and in October 2006 began to implement the General Ledger facility.”
