Cameo New Stock Card Functionality

Available since November 2005, Cameo’s new Stock Card functionality contains several major enhancements and significant changes to existing Cameo Stock Card functionality, enabling more in depth analysis of stock and transaction data captured in many new formats.

In particular Stock Card now offers you the following key features:- 

1. Full transaction totals against a specific stock code or data selection criteria
2. New, more detailed stock card displays with a huge range of search filters and drill down lists
3. The ability to sort data lists by quantity, value, profit or margin
4. A choice of data export capability, either direct to a spreadsheet such as MS-Excel or to a specific file
5. An unlimited data display, with the size of the stock card display no longer being limited to 16,000 items

New Stock Card Features:-

1. Can be configured to update live after each transaction
2. Shows more detailed transaction information
3. Stock code lists display when codes were amended, superseded or deleted
4. Stock code lists can display the history of previous or superseded stock codes
5. Transactions can be viewed by depot, with new search filters drilling down into more defined searches
6. Quick access to transaction totals with additional drill down and search filters from each total
7. Quick sort options search data by new variables including quantity/value/profit/margin
8. Easy export of data to a .dbf file and Excel spreadsheet
