Cam Systems are pleased to announce a series of Cameo Forums for its customer base starting November 2007.
One of the key reasons that Cameo is widely acknowledged as the leading product in its field is the focus we place on ensuring that ongoing product development meets the changing needs of our customers and our market. However, a legacy of this policy has been the difficulty in providing structured and formal ways of ensuring that all our end users find out about the enhancements and changes to functionality we undertake.
In response to ongoing customer demand and as a direct result of significant major enhancements and added functionality over recent years, we have decided it is essential to re-launch the previous Cameo Enhancement Courses as Cameo Customer Forums.
We have recently spent a lot of time formally capturing many of the key functionality improvements delivered within Cameo over the past few years. With some hard work and focus, we now have the necessary material and supporting documentation to roll out these Cameo Customer Forums to end users. Our first Forum is to be held at Cam Systems on Tuesday 20th November, with additional events to be announced throughout the course of 2008 and beyond.
The agenda for the first Forums will focus on Point of Sale functionality and will incorporate other process overlaps as appropriate. We will be focusing on:

Service Invoicing
Pricing
Elements of the forum may well include functionality that has become common knowledge to you as a user but we are sure that all attendees will gain some benefits from the experience. Separate Forums aimed at Accounts and Ledger staff are being planned for the middle of 2008 and on.
If you are interested in attending these Forums then, for the moment, there is no need for you to do anything. We will be contacting customers well in advance of any event that we are holding within your area.
