Using the Archive Screen

To search for items under the Archive screen there are 3 fields that you can search on

• The Reference used when placing the order
• The Part No. that was ordered
• The date on which the part was ordered

It is possible to view the details of the order by selecting the link next to the search results.

This option allows you to view all the details relating to that order and for some wholesalers will include a Reply Reference generated from your Wholesalers system. Please contact your wholesaler to find out if they offer this service.

This screen can also be viewed from the Today page by clicking on the View link next to any of the orders placed today.
