Click Search or hit the Enter key and a list of all items matching the search details entered will be displayed, see example below:
Some Wholesaler systems will search using the Tyre Size/Product Categories instead of the stock code; an example of this can be found in the Further Options Demonstration.

The items displayed can be limited to show just one particular Manufacturer using the Manufacturer Filter. To use this simply click on the arrow to the right hand side of the box and a list of available Manufacturers for the size entered will be displayed select the required manufacturer to limit the search results to only this manufacturer.

Depending upon your individual setup it is possible to sort the search results by Warehouse, Cost & Stock Code; this is achieved by clicking on the column heading for each of these items. A triangle describing the direction of the sort will be displayed next to the sorted column, if no triangle is displayed the default sort order (Stock Code) is in place.
Please watch the video demonstrations for more details on sorting your search results.
"Sorting results by Cost"
For details of how to view the Cost column please see Further Options.
"Sorting results by Warehouse"
For information about Multiple Warehouse configuration please see Multiple Warehouses.
"Further Options Demonstration"
The video describes:
Some customers will have access to stock items from more than one of their wholesalers premises; only stock from the default warehouse will be visible unless you choose to view stock from all warehouses. Customers with access to multiple warehouses will have an additional option in their More Options menu to Show All Warehouses; when selected this option will allow you to search for stock items from all available warehouses.
"Show All Warehouses"
It is possible to identify specific stock items as your Favorite stock; you are then able to search for stock only amongst your favorite items limiting the results list to items you are more likely to buy.
Favorite stock items could be your Fast Moving Stock or your most popular brands for example.
You will only have the option to choose Favorites if the correct option in Setup has been selected; please see Using the Setup Screen for more information on this.
If you have selected to show favorites, you will notice an additional column in the search results grid; use this column to tick the stock items you wish to add to your Favorites as shown below
You will also find an additional selection under More Options called Favorites Only that will allow you to limit your search results to only items from your favorite stock.
