The last screen to be discussed is the Setup screen, it is in this screen that all the configuration changes to the way the system is displayed etc are made.
The system allows you to set up sellout prices to automatically apply a mark up to the cost of the item ordered for you to quote the end customer; you are able to create multiple sellout price lists to reflect the different pricing structures you may offer your customers.
To configure this first click on Add to the right hand side of Price List, the following screen will be displayed
In here you will need to enter the values to define the VAT rate and the cost of your addons e.g. Casing Disposal, Wheel Balance etc. These values will only be applied to your Sellout Price if the necessary options have been selected on the Find screen; please see Using the Find Screen for more details.
You are also able to add a Priority to the price list. You may wish to add a priority to your price list in case one of your stock items matches the requirements of more than one of your Price Group; you are able to select priority given to the Price Group that uses Percentage or Currency as its markup value. If no priority is given the final Sellout Cost of the item will be calculated from the last Price Group in which the item is found.
Final Rounded Price allows you to round the final sellout cost of the item Up or Down, or too the nearest specified amount for example 99p.
When the correct values have been entered click on Add to save these settings
Next you will need to click on Add to the right hand side of Sellout Group as shown in the screen shot above.
Then enter the required values in here to specify which Manufacturers, Product Categories, Sub-Categories and Markup type that you would like your mark up to apply to.
Next you will need to click Add to the right hand side of Sellout Band
Then enter the required values to specify the Group Name, Start Cost, End Cost and Markup Amount that you wish to apply; Start Cost, End Cost and Markup Amount must be entered to 2 decimal places.
When the correct values have been entered click on Add to save these settings.
When complete the Price List section of the Setup screen should look like this
You are now able to repeat the process to setup alternative price lists
